Single-family house Costa Brava
Isolated house in Begur
The main access, both pedestrian and road, is through the street of Sa Punta Negra. The porch that works as a garage is located on a first level-terrace below the street level.
From this level-terrace you can access, through some stone stairs, to a second level, it is in this terrassament of the land where we find the existing house.
There is still a third level of terrace, practically to the east limit of the plot where the small existing pool is located, and is accessed through second stone stairs drawn naturally on the ground.
Once we access the interior of the house we find a visual guideline towards the sea that separates two very different environments: on the right we find an intimate area, consisting of two rooms with their corresponding bathrooms, a WC and the stairs that lead to the upper floor.
On the left we find what we could call common area, where is the kitchen with its reservations, and a living-dining room, also overlooking the sea.
Each of these spaces contains at least one stone wall (the walls have a stone finish both exterior and interior), which allows the inhabitant a direct location in relation to the sea.
