One of our objectives in our rehabilitations is the improvement of the appearance of the city, in this case of Girona.

The building was closed and abandoned since 2010, which caused the city to shave, and more, for the commercial and tourism area where it is located.

Santa Clara Street, 11, is where the emblematic stone bridge of the city is located, and is parallel with the Rambla Cataluña in Girona, making it a common area for the large influx of tourism that the capital has.

The block has a black and dark tunnel, which connects Santa Clara Street with Josep Pla Square.

Now it has been transformed into a pedestrian crossing with natural clarity, and light at night, for the safety of all.

We are very proud of the work done, although it has not been easy, but now if, finally 10 years later, Santa Clara Street won the quality and elegance that corresponded to it.
