Maison unifamiliale isolée dans la région de La Selva

Il s'agit du projet de nouvelle construction d'une maison individuelle dans le PGA Catalunya Resort, dans la municipalité de Caldes de Malavella, dans la région de La Selva.

La maison se compose d'un rez-de-chaussée, d'un rez-de-chaussée et d'un étage en sous-sol recensés pour l'adaptation correcte de la maison à la topographie du terrain. La maison située sur son terrain a son rez-de-chaussée à la hauteur absolue 129,50m (hauteur relative + 0,00m), tandis que son premier étage est situé à la hauteur absolue 133,30m (hauteur relative + 3,80m). La topographie du terrain fait que le rez-de-chaussée et le sous-sol sont au même niveau, le sous-sol étant en dessous du niveau du sol.
