NURSERY IN QUART

A nursery will be screened with a capacity for 82 children, aged between 0 and 3 years.

The building is aligned with the street alignment and with sufficient separation to allow battery parking. Following the Municipal Guidelines, construction will be located in the westernmost part of the available plot for Equipment.

To allow us to reach a south and east orientation, in the main rooms, the building is set back and opens towards the south and east where the patio is located. This setback of the building produces in the interior an access space to the grand classrooms and driven by undulating closure forming fearful stretches of blind wall, to the west, and openings, to north and south.

This type of alignment will contribute to a more informal and warm atmosphere of the interior spaces of the building. The volumetry of the building is determined by the distributive and orientation needs. In the access there are, at the same time, the administration and teacher's rooms, the adapted public toilets, and the car park, and to the west, all the Service Spaces and the multipurpose room.
